Seat belts and air bags on the bus

There has been a number of roads accidents involving public buses which has resulted in death among passengers. This is such a misfortune when this 'horrible trend' keeps on repeating during the festive seasons.

I have been thinking and started to ask myself if these public buses have any safety features in it. Being a frequent bus user myself, I believe that there aren't any.

I would be great to have seat bags and air bags in the bus because there has been so many cases that passengers were thrown out of the bus which resulted in death and brain damage. Now I know that these safety features may cost a fortune for bus operators but think about it in the long term perspective. These lives could actually be saved!!

When there are too many 'shareholders' on your wedding day..

Your wedding day is suppose to be a day especially for you n your spouse...My my, what a lovely day...The clothes has been carefully sewn to make u look like people from the royal family, the food is spread nicely on the table (enough to feed an army), fresh flowers all over the place, the cake must be at least 5 feet tall and everyone is so happy...You'll wish it never ends.

But wait it sounds too good to be true, isn't it? Is it a dream or just a fantasy?

Who says weddings are suppose to be that perfect...the preparation it self is completely tiring, it can take up to a year just to book a venue (if u are not hosting it at home of course). People are willing to spend a fortune to get that perfect wedding ceremony. With lack of funds available, these are the alternatives available :

1. LOAN

Some take up bank loan (that is so much safer than taking up shark loan)...They may not be having any problem before the wedding but once they receive a letter requiring payments of interest and principal, that is when the problems starts...And suddenly, the wife gets pregnant (which is a blessing) so another mouth needs to be fed..Wake up people!! MONEY DON'T GROW ON TREES!! The banks will not interfere with the wedding but they will hunt for you if you do not start paying up

2. SPONSORS

This alternative sounds a bit safe...You won't need to pay back any money and there is no worries of what happens after the ceremony.. but there will be a price to pay. Freedom will be taken away from you. You would have to listen to what the sponsors want, which means either no freedom to choose your dress, cake, venue or even the food that is going to be served. And when there is too many 'shareholders' each one of them has different personal interest so it may be difficult satisfy every single one of them...Sounds like u are trapped.

3. HAVE IT YOUR WAY

This is the last alternative and can be categorized as 'safe'..If you have the funds, go ahead and spend your money like there is no tomorrow but for those who are not so lucky, have a wedding ceremony that is simple and moderate. This is because at the end of the day, you and your spouse are the main 'shareholders'

* Do not freak out, I am not married yet.. This is just base on what i see and think although i do have in mind about my wedding day ~wink

How tall do you want your dream house to be? Will 27 storeys be enough?

I read an article about this amazing house which is 27 storey tall!! yas, 27!! that is way so my taller than my condominium, mine is about just 14 storey tall and there it is someone building a house that is almost twice the height.

Anyway this guy is after all the 4th richest man in the world- Mukesh Ambani, fom India. If I am not mistaken, his house took about 7 years to complete n his neighbours include the famous Bollywood actor, Shah Rukh Khan.Tthe house is named 'Antilia' ..I don't really understand what kind of business he is doing, something involving petrochemicals, oil and gas but one thing for sure, he has a lot of money!!

Search for it and do tell me, won't it be fun to play-hide-and-seek in the house?

This is how the house looks like
